I looked this place up in my efforts to find a dry cleaning and alterations place which was on my route to my new job. I took one dress there for a simple hem. The price was outrageous, double what I had paid at my other alteration place, and it was badly done. One side of the dress was 3 inches shorter than the other. I returned to ask for a refund at which point the man working told me I would have to come back the next day to talk to another person in order to get my refund; he also tried to keep my badly altered dress. When I refused, saying that I had already come that morning once and was told to come back in the afternoon and that I was not going to return for a third time, he actually threw my dress in my face and then ignored my protests. I took my dress and left without a refund. Essentially, I paid them $20 to ruin my $50 dress.
