Very friendly staff. Food fresh and tasty. The best Chinese food I've ever had in Charlotte. You place your order at the counter then choose a table and they bring it out to you. Whenever I've ordered take out, it's always ready and still hot! I've been eating there for over 10 years, and nothing else in town compares! I don't even live on that side of town anymore, but when I want Chinese food, I drive over there. It's SO worth it.

BEST WIOK is NOT a customer service table to table restaurant , or a " snap of the finger" type restaurant. It is ALL good food and service. Never had a bad meal there. We have been going there for over 10 years. If you don't like it then don't go you spoiled rotten person.

Dont ever visit this place. If they have gotten any reviws people who have eaten there must havent tasted good chinese food. I will never eat here again the worst 20 dollars I have ever wasted in my life food taste old rice dry I felt like I had gotten other customers scraps

customer service is terrible plus if you call in for an order no one picks up
