Bottom Line Property Management has been by my side for a while now and I have not had any issues with them. They are a very reliable company and since I am far away from the properties they manage for me they do a great job keeping me informed of everything that is going on. I feel safe knowing everything is being taken care of and I have no worries or having to drive back in forth to make sure my properties are well maintained. Thank you Bottom Line Management for taking a huge weight off my shoulders!

Im so thankful I have Bottom Line Property Management company to take away the stress of renting out my home. I live out of state, and I have had two separate renters since I moved away a few years ago. They have taken care of everything from leasing, getting the house move in ready, and taking care of all of the maintenance. I don't even have to think about it!

Recently listed our property with Service Star Realty. They kept me posted about everything that was happening through the entire process, and worked very efficiently. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home in Phoenix.

We had the worst experience with this company. The house was very dirty and moldy. I cleaned the house and had to bleach moldy closets, appliances, ect. There was a security systems in the house. They did not give us the code to deactivate it upon move in. It beeped ever 5 min untill we could figure out how to turn it off. We tried to call and no help was given.
We spent a half a year begging for mold remediation. After about 6 months they sent someone to look. Nothing was ever done. Due to health complications from the mold our family had to move out and pay double rent.
When we submitted maintenance requests routinely they would be marked complete when no one came. We would take time off work to let maintenance people in the house. No one would show up.
Finally when our lease was up. They added fraudulent charges such as an additional pet rent. 25$ to change 5 lightbulbs. 15$ to change the batteries in the smoke detector.

Just moved into a property through this agency - customer service a 0. Haven't been in the home 5 days and I still have no hot water and the toilet leak is beyond me. I was locked out the unit & advised to get a locksmith. These people could care less about a human being.

Kevin Stringari is one of the most caring, persistent, and professional people I have ever met. I had a ton of questions and he answered them all promptly and to the best of his ability. He made every effort to make sure our family found a house that was perfect for us. I am grateful to him and his company.

rent the first house roof caved in took for me to call the city to get a response. moved to second home and the a/c and plumbing went out. instead of fixing they evicted me!!! secretary is very rude. wish i could have 0 star rating!
