Beware scammer; I had a rusty around the collar technician perform warranty work with free labor.
The technician installed the warrantied part after using a 2700 degree torch. After the installation the tech came back from the truck and entered my home with an extreme excited face saying do you smell that gas. OO my gosh! I smelled the gas when I first entered and it is strong. He proceeded to tell me he needs to find the leak because it is a dangerous health risk. He disappeared and came back acting like he is saving my life and telling me he tightened the gas fitting in the garage and he insisted we migrate to the attic for a continued look. Back in the crawl space he said yup that is it and I should be thankful he found it because it could have caused death from the fumes. He removed the part in 2 minutes and stuffed it in a bag very quickly and said he had a replacement part in the truck. The part was installed and the bill came to around $400.00. After research and finding the part for $20.00 available online I realized I was scammed. If the gas smell was so bad entering the house for the first time why would the technician place my home and life in danger by using a 2700 degree torch and then claim of a gas smell after. Stay clear of this scamming company. I moved to a better trustworthy company. This was outright consumer fraud and unethical pricing. It is obvious they wanted to compensate their free labor warranty work.

This morning, I called Bradham Brothers about my AC not running. Personally, I was trying to figure out when I was going to fit it in this week. The lady on the phone was very friendly, professional and told me it would be today before noon. She called me within 30 minutes to confirm Tom was on his way. Within less then 30 minutes, he arrived. We spoke about the situation, he explained everything to me in non AC terms, showed me what he did and checked EVERYTHING out. He worked on a few things and now my AC is running smooth. And I didn't feel like he fixed things that didn't need fixing. (we all know that situation) Honest! I will do business with Bradham Brothers again and refer them to all my girl friends.
