I have had a great experience with Brown and Glenn. We got all the paperwork done quickly to rent the house and then got the key code. Getting some maintenance done was delayed a bit but that was caused by me. We had some illnesses in the house so it was difficult to schedule people to come over. After all that was done the maintenance was done pretty quickly.
I’ve always gotten answers to my questions in a timely manner. Sandra and Abby have both been very sweet to deal with. Very nice in emails and great to talk to on the phone.
Overall our experience with Brown and Glenn has been pretty easy. We never rented before and they made this very easy for us. I’m thankful for that.

I rented a home that I absolutely loved from Brown and Glenn for 3 yrs and in them three years I continually asked for my Carpet to be replaced because the tenant before me had a dog who messed the carpet up misaberaly. I also asked for screens for my downstairs windows which I never received. Needless to say in my 3rd year some lunatic decided to break into my house thankfully my oldest daughter was visting and scared him away. Would you know it took them 2days to come out and board up my window, not to mention the next 2weeks I continually had to call and call about when the physical window will be put in which took another week. The lack of urgency That took place after the break in that was the final straw! To add insult to injury so a month later on October 4 I call to inquire about my Security deposit and they informed me it was sent out on Sep 28 and I should have received it by now. Well here I am sitting at October 10 and still no refund of my security deposit! NOBODY SEEMS TO WANT TO HELP ME! I call about the same issue MY SECURITY DEPOSIT and now Sandra tells me to give it 10-13 business days before they will even call and stop Payment to issue me another check!!!!! Are you serious? This check is coming from a Charlotte address going to a Charlotte address it doesn't take 10-13 days for that! Now all of a sudden she can't stay on the phone going back and forth with me and if I would like to pay the $36 stop Payment fee then I can but remind you I'm not the one that put a $1000.00 check in the mail with no certified signature, tracking, or any other pertinent means of insuring receipt of my check so WHY WOULD I PAY THAT?????? Then she hung up on me!!!! What business professional conducts themselves in such a manner further more what company you know does business like this?????? Thank God I work in a customer service driven industry and will instruct my friends and family to stay far away from Brown and Glenn Realty!

Worst company ever! Beware! I am still waiting two months later to receive my security deposit back, I've called and left multiple messages even with the GM of who shows no care at all for customers. He is never available and is always gone early when I try and call him. The staff are clueless to any issues you have, and hey also asked me to pay a full months rent when my lease ended on the 15th of the month. So not only am I waiting on a security deposit but a prorated half of a months rent! Stay away from anything this company has to offer!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
