HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. KIM IN THE OFFICE IS THE WORST !!! EMAILED MY REALTOR AFTER OUR CLOSING TO TELL HER THEY WOULD BE AT BY HOME MAKING REPAIRS. WHEN I CALLED AND EXPLAINED WHY THEY COULD NOT GO TO MY HOME THAT DAY AND GAVE HER MY CELL PHONE NUMBER AND MY HUSBANDS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH US. TOLD HER MY HUSBAND WOULD BE ON VACATION IN OCTOBER AND HE WOULD CALL TO SCHEDULE THE REPAIRS. CAME HOME 2 DAYS LATER TO FIND AN INVOICE IN MY DOOR. AT THIS POINT I AM NOT CERTAIN ANY WORK WAS DONE AT ALL SINCE THEY JUST SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WANTED TO . NOW THEY CALL OUR CELL PHONES 3 TIMES A DAY WANTING A CHECK BUT THEY COULD NOT CALL TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT. LEFT MESSAGES FOR THE OWNER BILL TO CALL ME ...NEVER HAS . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHADY AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO POST BUT THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE. STAY AWAY

BTR did a great job on our roof and repairs. Everyone was professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would, completed the work in a timely manner, and kept in contact with us through out the process both times they have worked on our house. We would recommend this company to anyone and will use them for all of our housing repair needs.

I contacted BTR Construction & Roofing to receive an attic energy and ventiliation inspection. I was fortunate to have one of the owners (Dennis) come out and was very pleased with the information and service provided. I plan to have BTR perform the attic re-insulation and will also contact them for future projects. Very pleased!!

I've had BTR do four different repair jobs for me through the last six years from small to very complex. They've exceeded expectations every time. You can count on Dennis Baker to expertly analyze your problem and describe exactly what needs to be done to repair it. Every one of his crew members who has worked on my property has shown superior workmanship and respect for the premises, always cleaning up after the job's done and ensuring my satisfaction before they leave. What can I say, BTR is my roofing company, and I feel very fortunate to have an outfit like them who I can completely trust.

I am so glad i chose to have BTR replace my roof. A few of my neighbors have been burned by other companies so i decided to get 6 estimates. BTR's price was in the middle overall, Kevin's knowledge of roofing made me feel very comfortable with the company and i found mostly nothing but positive feedback on their company during my research of all the companies i interviewed. BTR was very professional throughout the entire process. You owe it to yourself to have them give you an estimate on your roof replacement!

BTR came out for roof quote.Iwas very nervous about all the roofers knocking on my door telling me about the storm damage we had in Charlotte.After researching all the local companies I felt very comfortable with BTR.BTR came out and put my roof on in 1day .CLEAN UP WAS GREAT .Ihave already referred them to my friends at church.

We got several estimates from various insulators for attic insulation. Dennis was the most thorough guy we met. He explained what he and his crew would do, why, and how long it would take. Answered all our questions. Responded to our emails. Other companies never returned calls, and/or provided little info about what they would actually be doing. Dennis and his crew arrived on time, did great work, were polite, friendly and did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards.

I needed someone to look at my roof on a very short notice. Everyone I spoke with at BTR Roofing was pleasant and happy to help me. Dennis came by and took time to help me find issues that an inspector had found. His quote was very fair (much more reasonable than another company).

Great company to work with! Very professional. I got more than my moneys worth. Wil definitely use them again!

I chose BTR Roofing because of their reputation and they did not dissappoint. They were terrific from start to finish. After they were done my yard was so clean i couldn't even tell they had been there. My new architectural shingles make my house look like new. I have referred BTR to 3 others already and will continue to do so any time i get the chance. Thanks again for my beautiful new roof BTR!!!

loved doing bussiness with these guys. they were on time and did what they said they were going to do and a little more. very good cleanup!!!!! the roof looks great!!!

I chose BTR Roofing to do my job,they have been in business for 20+years and have a A+Rating with the BBB and there price was very competitive..Dennis and all the employees were very professional and am happy to say,CLEAN UP WAS GREAT.We are very pleased with our roof .We have already recommended them to our neighbors.
