Just moved in last week. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly. All service requests are addressed quickly and the community is beautiful.

This community has severely dropped in customer service. The office is now entirely ran buy a new group, who have zero social skills. We have been loyal tenants for almost 7 years, never had complaints, never late on rent. We are in the process of closing on a new home, and were told to pay $2,000 to break our lease, or find someone to sublease our unit and we wouldnt have any fees. After finding someone to sublease, there is now all of the sudden a $350-$400 fee that has to be paid to even sublease. We honestly feel these ladies are just trying to nickel & dime someone for making a positive step in life. Basically, you can be a loyal tenant here for years, but as soon as you let them know you will be leaving, that history goes out the window, they just want your money. You will get your money, but you will also be blasted on every outlet I can find, as well as calling corporate. Renter beware, look elsewhere, this community is not worth the arrogant, uncaring, and snotty attitudes of the employees or the fight to leave. I fully expect a "see your lease" response lol

Dont waste your time with this place. YOU WILL REGRET IT after the 1st yr.



- Great to your face (not after you leave the office. They forget promises they tell you) Ex." oh yeah we will get that fixed right away..." NO THEY DONT.

- Lights flicker outside the building

-A.C. units scream threw the night

- Kids have no respect for anything outside

- Trash stays on the lawn on days end.

-Rent after the first renewal $1,050.00 for a ONE BEDROOM



Camden brags about being on the Forbes top 100 places to WORK. Yeah TO WORK FOR... they dont make there staff do anything. (who wouldnt want to work for them?)
