Best Service EVER. Literally 15 minutes after I called, service tech **Shane** was at door. He fixed problem in 15 MINUTES!
Exceptional - recommend to all.

Excellent communication with their office for appointment, repairman arrived on time and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Well priced, would defiantly recommend to anyone in their service area.

Never use them... because i called off of the reviews and though they would be able to help me. I was so wrong. He was very very rude and hung up on me. Always check a business out for yourself and not just go on the review.

Called them @ 7:45AM on Mon & a tech was here by 9:45AM same day! Had the part on the truck to fix my problem. Very polite & explained to me exactly what was wrong, showed me the damaged part, explained to me what to expect during the next 24 hours as my fridge recovers. Reasonable price to fix my issue. I would totally recommend this company & will def use them in the future if I need to! :-)

I had a Samsung washer that needed repair, called 6 places. Nobody would help me. Called Bob he tried to help me over the phone. They had to come out. Joel replaced a pump and cleaned out the tub. He was very nice and worked around my schedule. I will always call them for my appliance needs.

I left an email message on their website late at night and was called the next morning. Within an hour the repairman was at my home and completed the work within an hour. The price for the service call was fair ($89) and the level of service was excellent.

The appointment was made around my schedule, they called to confirm and they showed up ON TIME which is unheard of in my history of repairmen. The tech was polite, knowledgable, clean, uniformed and presentable. He fixed the problem in no time flat and I am able to get on with my day. What a pleasant surprise Carolina Appliance Service is, I will never use Sears again.

I had family coming in and my washer quit. I was in a panic!!!! They came over 1 hour later and fixed it . I gave Corey a 10.00 tip I was so happy!!!!!!!!!!!! I will always use them again Thanks BOB and Corey

Our dishwasher decided to quit 1 day before THANKSGIVING. What a nightmare. My family was coming over and we had 30 people coming over.He told me no big deal they would fix it the same day. He came out and fixed it right away and had all the parts on his truck.I was very happy he made our Thanksgiving . We will use them again. A-1 service
