With no reason given, this company raised my monthly rate 400%. I therefore gave their required 30-day notice, and ended our month-to-month agreement. When requesting the return of my $150 Security Deposit, they stated "all deposits are non-refundable" (which is exactly opposite of what the contract states). I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and when they tried to question the company were completely ignored. This resulted in an "F" rating by the BBB. Buyer beware.
