Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, also known as CRRA, is a trade association that provides realtors with resources and services they need to conduct an ethical, professional, successful and profitable business. The association owns the Mingle School of Real Estate, which operates a proprietary real estate prelicensing school in North Carolina. Mingle School offers continuing education, professional career development, specialized computer classes, and travel and education programs. The association s grievance and professional standards committees are trained in ethics and arbitration, and are responsible for enforcing the code of ethics. CRRA works with various organizations to keep realtors informed on equal opportunity and fair housing issues. The association operates the Carolina Multiple Listing Services, a computer database used by realtors to access residential listings.
