I just contacted this company, inquiring about new business and was given a "stand-offish" attitude by the inside sale person. My inquiry was related to minimum order quantities, pricing structures, turn around time, etc. I was told that I would need to come in for a face to face before they would discuss business. I stated that this would be difficult but I would be happy to conference call or video call. Apparently, that is not a method of communication that is acceptable to this company and my business was declined. Poor customer service skills by this inside sales person / receptionist.

I would not recommend this company if this is how potential customers are handled.
