This is a joke of a company one of their divers hit 2 vehicles in the parking lot of Hyatt’s gun shop on 4-23-17 and left the scene. After wittiness seen this and reported the driver the owner of the company, said they were not responsible for the actions of the drivers they hire. This driver had a customer at the time of this incident. The owner of the company then went on to say since the owners of said vehicles did not see the incident happen that it didn’t matter. After calling the police found out that the driver was here on a work visa.( really). So this driver can commit crimes and hit other people’s vehicles and not be responsible for any damages. The drivers tag # was recorded and reported to the owner. This is a huge safety issue for anyone using this cab company you put your life in danger when you use this company due to owners non ability to hire safe drivers who abide the traffic laws.This company acts like that was ok that this happened. I will be reporting this company to the state for investigation and hope that justice is served. My advice to anyone needing a ride to avoid this company, call Uber or walk you would be safer than getting a ride with this company

The driver cancelled the ride on me immediately after I had just got the notification the driver was on his way. That was very rude. I will never try to get a ride from this company ever again.

Mostly on time, if not, they let you know everytime. Dispatchers always answer and are polite. Drivers are nice too. recommended !

This is my go to cab company in Charlotte. The drivers are very professional and show up on time. The dispatchers are polite and responsive. I recommend them!

I've called this company on two different occasions. And both times received poor service. 1st time I called young lady answers the phone as if she just been awoken and as if its her own personal phone by answering with just a "hello". so I waited 15-20 min for a cab called back and the young lady says she been trying to call me back(which was a lie no voice mail left or missed call shown on phone) and told me the cabby came and left so she place another dispatch for a cab. So when the cab finally arrive 1hr later. I was told the call didn't get dispatched until 15 min prior. So the first time she never dispatched a car. 2nd time I called same time of hr (5:30-5:45 a.m.) same young lady. My wife was told "No" we can not get a cab. So I called back. She answers "did you just call here". I told her yeah and asked her why we cannot get a cab. In a unprofessional inarticulate manner the gist of what she was trying to say is there were no taxis available for dispatch. And to call back ay 730 a.m. and hung up. Taxis should be available 24 hrs a day.

the driver's are super nice and friendly, car was clean, and they drive non-erratically, Will use them again.
