Think twice before moving-in because -
-> they may ask you to stand out in sun for 15-20 mins as their manager is on phone, on suspicion of carrying bed-bugs from their newly leased apartment to their coveted office.
It was office staff(S****er) who behaved so nicely when I came to see the apartments last month & was surprised when she asked me to stand in sun for bed-bug suspicion!
HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST!!

-> they may say everything is proper, good and live-able apartment even if you see the NEWLY LEASED apt has broken tiles, webs on wall, switch board not proper, patio dirty with concrete broken and hairs on floor and carpet looks dirty with chances of bed-bugs etc -
Unique Reply from Manager(T***is) when he came to inspect my apt after complaining 6th time in 48 hours -
"Remember it's NEWLY LEASED Apt and not a NEW APT, for brand NEW APT move to downtown for $1600"
