Promised shirts by 6 pm. not ready. They send them out to another cleaners. Manager got angry at me because I insisted she find them. I have to go to a funeral without my only tailored white shirt that I can wear a tie with. They just didn't care. I will never go back.

This place is way overpriced and service is terrible. I'm a sales person and wear suits every day.At every dry cleanerI have ever used, when I drop off long sleeved nice button down collard shirts you expect pressed and starched. Here? no. they charged me 25 dollars to simply wash 6 shirts. no pressing or starch. 25 dollars? . never again! they SUCK
