I have been using this florist for 14 years since I've been in Charlotte. Any time I've ordered they made sure the quality was great and in a timely manner. Can not imagine them being anything but polite with their efforts being # 1. Some people wait until the last minute to place orders and expect service providers to work wonders beyond human abilities. Thanks Sandy O

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! This florist did not deliver my arrangement on Valentines Day!!! They called me at 3pm that afternoon and said that they did not think they would be able to deliver but would deliver the next day with a note that it was to be delivered on the 14th, but I would still have to pay the full price!!! This was after they called and confirmed delivery directions at 11:30 am. I asked for a refund and that the flowers still be delivered the following day but they would not do that. They would only issue a refund. So they wanted to sell me day old flowers at full price but was not willing to work with me for their delivery drivers mistake!!! VERY HARD TO WORK WITH AND WOULD NOT RETURN MY MESSAGES!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
