Provided by YPmobileTerrible experience. Dane and Marie did no marketing, no networking, no follow-up on showings with buyers. They did ot fully disclose the full listing details and put in the agent remarks that the house was mostly vacant when in fact I live there. I provided them with a virtual tour with 28 still shots and yet they stated the house was mostly vacant. That is irresponsible on Dane and Marie's part to do this. They were rude to me and my girlfriend. They were impossible to reach. Very unpriofessional and they simply did nothing but list the house on MLS.

You did not reply to my point about you not disclosing your agent remarks to me. This is not about selling or not. This is about you and your other agent Marie not disclosing your agent remarks to me which is a violation of NC real estate rules. You were telling people that the house is mostly vacant when I sent you 28 stills and a virtual our. You didn't take measurements of the house, which is another violation to potential buyers. Dane, you did nothing but list the house and be rude and impossible to reach after is was listed. You did not negotiate at all and certainly not with potential buyers. You did no marketing. No communicating with buyers. That is not 5 star service. If you think that is, then I don't know what else to say. Good luck with your 5 star business. No thanks, I will pass. Bottom line is I was your boss and I evaluated you. If you're too thin skinned to be evaluated by having to be defensive to every bad review you get then don't be a realtor. You didn't market the house, you didn't follow up with buyers, you didn't negotiate, you didn't do anything to sell the house and you think you did a great job? Well I fired you so you obviously didn't do a good job. Don't kid yourself Dane. You were terrible.
Ps I will only believe you on the 68 million in sales for 2015 if that's the figure that you put on your tax return. Care to back up your statement on that figure? Honestly don't know how you stay in business. Good luck with whatever it is you do for a living. You get what you pay for; discount broker that provides no service. I'll stick with the pros from now on.
