I have my 1st appointment at Sappenfield today, I've lived in the area for college for a few years now and have yet to find a doctor office I like. I called Sappenfield to gather insurance information, price, and general knowlegde about the office . the woman on the phone was exceptionally helpful and informative about where to find information on my insurance card and what kind of copay or deductable I might be looking out. with this sort of help on the phone I can't wait to see how helpful they are at an actual visit.
