Two months ago my sister and I went shopping there. While we were checking out their computers "crashed". They had already swiped my card for my purchase and told me it didn't go through. So they did the transaction again on the other register and said there was an error that will only allow a credit card not a debit card. I didn't have a credit card on me so my sister had to pay for mine and then I was going to pay her back. Then they had an error and had to run my sisters card twice. It took over 30 minutes to check out that day. And all they offered for the inconvenience was an insincere apology. Two days later I find on my online banking that my transaction did go through and was charged the $113 they said I wasn't. My sister checked hers and found since they ran her card twice she was also charged twice. So they got paid 3 times on one purchase. I had already paid my sister and when we called to have them refund us they said they could only credit my sister once because it was a create card but since mine was a debit I would have to file a claim through my bank and my bank needed to credit me. So I go through the hassle of that and two months later I receive a letter in the mail from my bank saying my claim was denied because destination maternity denied it. So I called the store again and the manager said that she needed to talk to their audit department at corporate. Needless to say I am still owed $113 from DM and they have yet to give it to me. If you insist on shopping there pay cash and don't believe their computer error excuses. It's a huge scam!!
