I leased a home from this company two years ago and I would not recommend them to anyone. My contract was incomplete, the agent Pam avoided texts and emails. The house we rented had two roof leaks that took at least a week to get repaired each time. The A/C unit went out twice and they took a week each time to have a repair person come out in 100 degree weather. They tried to blame us each time something was wrong with the house. We didn't get a proper walk through at the end of our lease. Instead we got a random email with a list of items that they said needed to be done. Out of good faith, we had the house professionally cleaned and completed the list of items that they sent to us via email. We asked for an extension till May so our daughter could stay in the same school till year end. They said no! Then said we would have to buy the house to extend the lease. We said nevermind! Then they sent an email saying we could stay till June. No new contract was initiated and we never agreed to stay till June. We were never billed for June. We gave our 30 day notice in April moved the end of May and they kept our deposit money of $1475 because we didn't stay till the end of June? Very unprofessional to say the least. Underhanded, dirty, rotten....

I hired this company to manage a property for me about a 1 1/2 ago because I was out of state. I spoke directly with the owner Debbie thinking they would better services my needs verse a bigger company. Boy was I wrong. I constantly had to email and call the company for documents that should automatically be provided to me as the owner, such as repair expense. There would be repair that I did not know about until sever months later which I question. The company would also payout expense over their allowed limit without notifying me or getting permission. When my contract was finally over, I had to point out to Debbie that she is in violation of our contact if she doesn’t respond or hand over the keys to the new property manager. I would not recommend this company to family or friends. I’ve been with this new property for about a year now and so far I’ve only had 1 repair expense from them.

The service afforded me and my...

The service afforded me and my fiance by this company was abysmal. We indicated to Pam, one of the agents, that we wished to proceed with a property, but in her negligence, she did not respond, allowing another person to get the home. Had it not been for her inattentiveness, my family would be in a house we sought to call a home. I would not use this realtor again.
