I had an appointment with the unemployment division and tried to call to reschedule, after 40 minutes of repressing 0 for an operator I tried a random extension number and left a message informing them of the operators inability to do their job and let them know that I am available to work and would love the position of phone operator and that I have experience with it. Pitiful job on their part.
