Very professional and personal customer service when I picked up the vehicle. Could not have asked for a better experience. On the return, there was only one front desk agent available, but he did an excellent job in servicing each customer, even though that meant not answering the phones, which for me is a no-no in business. Thus the four stars

I was arriving in town via train for a lately arranged business meeting. I called the office 30 minutes out to arrange/confirm pickup. The local agent was a little slow getting to the train station but quickly redeemed themselves by getting into my car expeditiously. I inform them that I was making the final leg of my business down to Spartanburg, SC and would be arriving back needing another ride back to the train station for my return home.



When I arrived, I was immediately recognized, they came out (in the rain) checked vehicle, and got me back over to the train station with time to spare. Making the kid a very, very happy camper! First class all the way!
