Provided by YP.comI've ordered from Flower Hut for many years, sending flowers regularly, for various occasions, to close relatives who live in Charlotte. Their customer service is impeccable. For example - once, I sent flowers to the hospital, only to learn later that the patient had already been discharged - by the time I contacted Flower Hut, they had already re-routed the flowers -- he received them at his home that same afternoon, and they were beautiful. Everyone who's seen their arrangements has been absolutely blown away - and the flowers last for ages (my great-aunt raves about them). It gives me tremendous peace of mind, knowing that I can order from a local business (even though I live in New England) and their service and products are so reliable. Thank you so much, Flower Hut!!

Provided by YP.comI've used this flower shop for many many years. They have great products and great people. Those that post bad reviews about this place may have inadequate expectations. They have helped me for over 20 years. Can't be too bad if they have been around for this long.

Flowers are over priced and horrible quality.
I was in my store all that week. We had dozens of customers, but I cannot recall anyone that might fit this profile. We've been in business since 1988. Anyone with a lick of sense knows that a small business does not stay "afloat" for 23 year by providing "Over-priced" and "Horrible" products. If this is a genuine issue, I invite the reviewer to come by our store or call me so I can understand what we did wrong, and what we can do to fix it. Bill Miller - Owner 704-535-1041

Flowers not fresh. $32.00 of cash-n-carry cut stems wilted within 20 hours.
Owner would not give cash refund after photos were taken and wilted flowers returned within 48 hours.
I recommend:
Harris Teeter
The Blossom Shop (very expensive; but fabulous)
Elizabeth House (very expensive; but worth it if you can afford)
We remember this customer, even though the event took place over two years ago. She bought the flowers on Friday or Saturday. She brought them back on Monday. They WERE wilted. We saw the kind of damage that occurs when fresh cut flowers were left for an extended period OUT OF WATER. Out of curiosity, we selected flowers from the same batch as the customer bought, took them home, recut them and put them in a vase at home. They lasted a week and a half. We are sorry that the customer (apparently) did not understand the basics of flower care.
