Rude staff, no concept of customer service. One realizes that appointment has been cancelled one one reaches at the salon after driving 10 miles. No courtesy of a call for the cancellation.



Salon should not have given the appointment, if it thinks that apointment can not be kept and even if they do, then they should try to make it. Otherwise, one should expect a courtesy call instead of expecting a rude behavior from the staff.



I think Great Clips should also concentrate on hiring the staff with not only salon skill set but also with customer service idea.
