I recently ordered my dress from Hayden Olivia and had a wonderful experience! Heather, the owner, was very helpful and was so energetic and excited. I was very impressed with her extremely professional, yet fun and down-to-earth approach. I felt very confident after I ordered my dress and knew that it was coming from Hayden Olivia Bridal. I highly recommend this store.

I found Hayden Olivia Bridal to be the real experience every bride dreams of when shopping for a dress. Heather and her mom (who was helping out) made me feel completely comfortable and were very helpful without being pushy. I'm the opposite of a bridezilla so I was looking for a very relaxed experience to match my personality and take on wedding planning. As a bonus- they were having a trunk show for one designer the weekend I was there and all the dresses were beautiful and in fabulous condition. The store is absolutely lovely- in fact I'm considering ordering the same chandelier for my dining room once I'm married! I cannot say enough good things about this bridal boutique- the service, staff, atmosphere and dresses are second to none not only in Charlotte but in the greater Southeast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping in for a real treat.
