Wow - are you looking for a company that provides the WORST customer service in the US possibly the World - well look no farther than this company. They will be more than glad to take your money but God Forbid your child doesn't graduate - good luck on getting a much of a refund. They make NO attempt to try and contact you when the mdse doesn't get delivered - but why would they because they get to keep all your money and they destroy the mdse. I would personally like to point out Keith Guerico for his "wonderful" customer service skills!
