Get what you pay for? Even with the deals that are offered JoS. A. Bank, I still paid for better customer service than I received here. The quality of the product is not the issue...I feel they offer a reasonable product at a reasonable price and when you first enter a store, they fall all over you to help out (obviously a product of a commission based payment plan for their sales associates) but once you have made your purchase, that's where the service ends. On 9/30, I purchased three sport coats from this location and I just today received the last coat after 4 trips and 2 phone calls that I had I had to initiate to find out the status of these jackets. When they wanted to charge me for alterations on this third jacket, I informed them I would not be willing to pay after so many trips. Manager said they have no control over that and have to charge. I'm happy to take my money to a local business and give them my dollars for the alterations then to have to deal with these guys any further.

I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and will give the same advice to all of my friends and family.
