I just had a bridesmaid dress altered. Joy was relatively quick, but I was in a rush when picking it up and didn’t look at the dress before I left. When I got home I noticed there is a small rip where it looks like the seem wasn’t sewn all the way. I’m very upset because I go to school 2 hours away and the weeding is this weekend, so I won’t be able to go back home to Charlotte for her to fix this in time. I’m angry and upset. Plus the price for the alterations were almost as much as the cost of the dress itself. Keep in mind I only got the dress hemmed and taken in on one side, so I don’t understand why this would cost so much for such horrible job that left me with a hole.

Joy recovered my dining room chairs for me and I am thrilled with the finished product and the price was reasonable.
I highly recommend Joy !!!! She's wonderful!!!!
