My first visit to Kakouras Dental was today. The staff knew before I came in that I had extreme anxiety to all things dental. I could not have asked for a better visit! The front desk, my hygienist Julie and the dentist, Dr. Kakouras were awesome. They were gentle, compassionate, and accommodating. They explained every step and we made plans for future work that I understood and agreed with. I'm confident I can move forward with this team.

This was my first dentist appointment in over a year and since moving to Charlotte. I primarily chose Kakouras Family Dentistry because it is so close to where I work, but I will be returning for so many more reasons than that.

First, Sandi at the front desk really helped me out by letting me move around my appointment to accommodate my work schedule - it may have been because of a cancellation, but either way she really worked with me which I appreciated so much.

The whole office is very nice, not your typical dentist's office look. All the finishes were very high end, and the customer service totally went hand-in-hand.

During my actual appointment things went very smoothly, I was in and out fairly quickly considering it was my first appointment and they needed to get x-rays in addition to the cleaning. All the staff I had the pleasure of meeting/working on my teeth were great as well.

I know I will be back, and I've already recommended it to a friend looking for a dentist! I'd recommend Kakouras Family Dentistry to any one.
