I recently finished the closing at this office. I was shocked to see their fees. They refused to give me their fees until closing. When I asked why they charge more than double the price, they said they would adjust. They just moved their fees from one line item to another. Typical fees are closing fee, doc fee, notary fee and attorney fees. Usually, you would see either closing for or attorney fee but not both. They charge both and a title review fee as well. They charged me a recording fee of $150. It is usually $75 or less. You will never get a straight answer from them. If you have a lot of money and didn't know what to do with it, you may use them for your closing.
