Provided by YPmobileMy son has been under the care of Dr. Long for braces for the last 2.5 years. During that time I have seen Dr. Long twice. Once for 10 minutes before I wrote the check for $5400.00 and once two years later because I absolutely insisted that I get to talk with him. They have WAY too many patients. The average wait time to get an appointment is 5 to 6 weeks. The office itself (especially the waiting rooms) are run down and dirty. This is unacceptable in a medical office! I will be switching to another ortho office for my other children.
