The name is now the reserve of providence -WORST APT EVER- being that in new in NC- and this being my first apt; work order are never done, nothing is ever done right, any good review will be posted by the employers at the office - don't believe it!! And please don't move in here- it needs to be shut down for thier lack of unethical business!

Watch out for the fees! You may want to memorize the lease, which is the only way I avoided some of those fees. I lived there for two years, but I was not there often. Basically, my apartment was not very lived in. When I moved out, they charged me $65 for carpet cleaning. The carpets were fine, I don't even wear shoes indoors, and they gave me no option to have them professionally cleaned myself. Instead, I was simply charged the $65 upon moving out and was told it was standard. They also tried to charge me again for the water bill I paid. I should have expected this after they tried to charge me a $55 fee when I first moved in. They love to sneak in those fees. BEWARE!
