Directv scheduled them to come install my satellite dish. The tech damaged my roof. I called and his supervisor came out and saw the damage, and said he would have someone call and schedule an appointment to come do the repairs. That was in Jan. I have made several phone calls to the supervisor and have had the same promise made over and over again. It is now May and I still have had no calls from anyone. If a technician named Patrick comes to your house to install your satellite, don't let him do it! He was here for 4 hrs, never finished the install, said he'd be back in the morning and never called or came back. I had to call for another technician. I don't understand why Directv keeps them as their techs.

Had a schedule for them to come to my home on 8/29/13 to install my directv boxes and rescheduled because something had come up and I had to leave. I rescheduled to 9/6/13 between 8-12. They called 2 days before to remind us of the apt (automated system) and then called my husband the day of and told them they didn't have all of the 4 boxes that I had ordered and needed to reschedule. First off why are they calling me the morning of , second the technician said in his ticket that my husband cancelled the call and rescheduled not that he/she didn't have the equipment & third how do you not have my equipment that I ordered on 8/20/13?? If you are going to cancel on a customer that you are providing service for you need to give them some kind of notice. I know things happen but the equipment that was ordered on 8/20/13 and scheduled for 8/29/13 all the sudden there is no equipment for the rescheduled appointment. Directv should not use you for their services and I will make sure that I let their management know that. And from previous reviews it looks like you shouldn't be going into peoples homes anyways. How you are in business is beyond me.

Criminals

Dont ever let these directv representatives sell or install anything for you. They will steal from your house while you are there. They will damage your property when trying to install. They will not pay for damages are services not rendered. Complain to directv to get them banned from installing in charlotte.

They do not stand behind their work

This company did some work at my house and damaged my roof ! i have won a judgement against them and they have still not payed the judgement nor responded in any way to the judge's order to pay the judgement! Mecklenburg County case number # 2009CVM017206 AND CASE NUMBER # 2009CVM017206.
