Poor service. Rude workers who talk loudly to each other over the customers. Customers are barely acknowledged. The manicurist drilled the skin around my nails creating openings in the top layer of skin which burns. Someone dropped a baby off for the workers to try to babysit while performing services. As my nails where drying the manicurist came by, felt two nails and stated that I can "Go now" in a way that made me feel like she was telling not asking. I left and shortly after discovered 3 of my nails were not truly dry. The polish is dented and smudged on those nails. They look bad but the workers at Matrix were so rude that I am not going back. I have gotten my nails done at various places over the last 10 years or so and never had a bad experience like this.
