Nurses unreliable and staffing a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this agency. They could not understand why I didn't want a heavy smoker caring for my child with severe respiratory issues. Unbelievable. Supervisor nurses loud, dirty, and refuse to turn off their phones while during their visits, waking your sleeping child. Nightmare experience with this agency. I could go on forever. Bayada is far superior.
