Horrible service

Please refrain from going to this location. The nightime shift including mangement is rude. They can't get your order right after repeating my order 3 times. I placed my order , paid for it and pulled to the window to pick up my food and I was asked did I have something else twice. The girl at the window asked me to move up and wait. I told her I didn't have time so she closed the window on me mid converstion. The manager/ GM comes to the window and says maam you need to pull up and I told her no I would like my money put back on my card since she had an attiude. The GM slams the window shut. She took the card,goes to the cash register where she is looking @ me pointing her finger and talking to someone else @ the counter. Looks like she is talking about me so I park my truck and go inside. I let her know that I wasn't not going to tolerate or put up with her nasty attiude and I expected some customer service. The GM sister was a customer and she starts yelling before the GM can say anything. Her sister identified herself as the GM's sister and she started cursing calling me a b and saying I wasn't going to talk to her sister like that. Needless to say the GM never said anything to her sister and believe me this was a heated altercation that was going to take place. Their were other customers recording this incident on their cellphones and othrs were trying to pull us apart! I have contacted Corporate a week ago and the Owner has yet to call me back and not to mention I was shortchanged!!! DO NOT GO TO LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!
