Established in 1943, Myers Park Baptist Church is a religious institution, preaching Christianity across the United States. It is an ecumenical congregation of more than 2,000 members comprising of people from over 20 different faith communities. Based in Charlotte, N.C., the church offers congregational care services, such as listening, respite for caregivers and transportation to/from medical appointments, among others. The churches facilities are available on rent for members and non-members. Its facilities contain Heaton hall, Cornwell center lounge, Shalom hall and gym, to name a few.
