Horrible Experience. I had got my second bipap machine from this establishment and when I went to get a replacement mask and parts I got the run around for months so essentially I was sleeping with a mask with a whole in it until the situation got fixed. The said my account was with Griffin Healthcare and Griffin said my account was with them until they found my account in their system.
Fast forward today they call me about new parts since my doctor put a order in and I was trying to find out what was Tha balance left on the machine til it’s paid off the lady proceeds to tell me I’m with Griffin with a nasty attitude and hang up on me. I’m not sure why doctors office are referring us to this company. They act like they are doing us a favor when they over charge for parts anyway that’s cheaper on the internet. Bottom line get your self healthy so don’t u do have to deal with companies with workers like this. It’s sad this is what we have to depend on to live or get a good sleep.

This office has been dishonest with me from the beginning. I was lied to by two people in this office. The only way I got anything from them was to contact their parent company. If you can avoid them, please do.

unprofessional office staff, dirty inside, and in my opinion they try to scam the patients and the insurance company. i have nothing good to say about this company.

Very poor follow through with regards to physician orders and dishonest in their dealings and representation. Poor customer service with no regard for patient needs.

One of the most unorganized and deceptive businesses I have worked with. The company employees do not communicate or follow up with anything that is asked of them.
