Neuroscan, founded in 1985, develops research software for neurophysiology, neuroimaging and neurodiagnostic systems. The company provides technologies for high-density EEG recordings, electro-magnetic source localization, multi-modal neuroimaging and enhancements to functional magnetic resonance imaging. Its products are used in more than 1500 universities, corporate laboratories and national research institutes in nearly 40 countries. Neuroscan also operates Neuromedical Supplies, a manufacturer and distributor of accessory and disposable items used in research and clinical neurology settings. As a result of a merger with Compumedics Limited, a supplier of clinical systems for polysomnography, neurology and cardiology, Neuroscan offers sensors and supplies for sleep laboratories.
