Cheesesteaks at this place are the bomb. I eat on everytime i go. i've had it on pita, on a wrap, hoagie, and a salad. My favorite is the sub. I definantly recomend this place. ITs a must go!

I go every morning for breakfast and i enjoy my food. I've never had a problem with anything. They are kind, they make my food to order and its yummy. Fridays are busy but the vibe is excellent. Great cup of joe with a western omlette and the best grits i've had. They make it just like i like it. Thats why i keep going back.

its hard to read bad reviews of a place, i dont believe that these people at this restaurant would be anything but pleasant and nice. They know me by name and by what i order. They make the best cheese steaks in charlotte in my opinion. Fresh, made to order food. Couldnt get better than that... Well maybe some alcohol to go with that cheesesteak : P

I personally love the food and the sense of being at home, these people take good care of me and my food. I trust it and i enjoy going and talking to them everyday.

Its the best place in the area. i honestly do enjoy it. Try one of their to die-for cheese steaks!

This place really cares for their customers. The staff knows all the customers, the workers up front know us by name. Its a nice place to go eat breakfast or lunch. Affordable and delicious. They have daily specials and desserts. You can tell they took the time to do things the right way.

over all i enjoy it, i go just about everyday and i trust the food! its nice and clean.

This is a very nice restaurant and I trust when I order that I'm about take a delicous food journey. They haven't let me down yet! However, the younger female that take orders there and run the register really need to learn customer service skills. Just like I'm not their only customer, Niko's is not the only restaurant. The slightly older lady there is really nice. I keep going because the food is good, and the older lady makes me feel appreciated. Please train that young lady before she run your customers off. For the mere fact this young lady's customer service skills are so bad, I gave it a four star rating as oppose to five stars, based on the sanitation and quality of the food it deserves.

My friends and I have been eating lunch @ Nikos for the last 5 months almost daily, so to say that I love their lunch is an understatement! This morning we decided to go here for breakfast (HUGE mistake). The cashier took my order wrong, when I went to pick it up there was sausage on my plate (which I dont eat) when I brought this to her attention, she almost cursed me out!!! (minus the curse words) She called me a liar, and insisted I ordered sausage, then went on to tell me how "she dont get orders wrong" (neck popping). The nice lady, (that yells the order numbers @ lunch) came and fixed my order, tried to apologize for the others behavior/bad attitude, which was nice, but she should not have had to do that. We will not dine here again anytime soon, such a shame I love their food, but I also like to be appreciated as a customer.

If you're going here for lunch, you will love it. You might not wanna chance it @ breakfast time though, there a little cranky in the morning.
