Was a one-time repeat customer. How to schedule appointment for 4:40 p.m. . Office is in the middle of Uptown Charlotte. I arrived at 4:44 p.m. And they would not see me, stating the doctor had already shut down and left. Stating there is no window to be late for the last patient. I was so upset and don't understand why when the lady scheduled my appointment and I told her that I get off at 4:30 she should have stated then that I may need to reschedule or try to leave earlier but she didn't!

I will never return to this place or refer any anyone!! I think the incident was very rude unprofessional and inconsiderate of myself being a patient and I work in healthcare you don't treat people that way!

Worst Place to go for an eye test. Doctors mentioned in the web site are never seen there.

Folks who consult for lenses promise a lot , but when u get your glasses it would be completely different from what we ordered. Consultants would come with an excuse that they were not aware of the rules ... ( they sit there and are not aware of the rules P-( ) ....



three months it took for them to get the right glasses for me.



Trust me never go there

AWFUL. Terrible office. Receptionists are not friendly at all. I had an eye ulcer and the doctor saw me on short notice. That is a positive. They schedule appointments for times that are not available. First appointment I waited about 15 minutes. No biggie. I was the one who contacted them on short notice. Plus I am willing to wait for an actual appointment, but a check up is a different story.....The first check up, I heard a woman complain about waiting too long. I came in after her and my appointment time was the same as hers...I had my check up and when I left she was still waiting...I went for a second check up....SECOND CHECK UP...and I waited 45 minutes and someone comes in and says she will be a few more minutes. I had to walk out because like most people I have to work. Never going back. Starting to think that the medical field in Charlotte is a bunch of BULL...

I left a message with their answering service requesting service for a new patient. No returned call. I called the Office on Monday and the Lady told me that their computer's were down and she would call me back to setup an appointement after taking my name and number. Here it is a week later and haven't heard anything. I moved on to a different eye center and it is funny how these company's are so well off that they don't need more money.
