Provided by YP.comI don't recommend them. I drove over 1 1/2 hours through the rain to our appointment. I called twice - once to confirm address and once to let them know that I was nearby but having difficulty finding the buiding. As I pulled into the parking lot, I received a call from one of the physicians informing me that they were behind, and since I was late (14 minutes late) that I would have to re-schedule my appointment. My seven year-old granddaughter and I spent over 3 hours in the car to never to be seen.
