JUST GO HERE, if you want top quality, welcoming staff, and dazzling prices -don’t waste your time searching any further, go to Pinky Nails!! While visiting Charlotte for my birthday, I searched through nail salon reviews and called to ask about walk in acceptance for hours. I was more than satisfied with my delux pedi, full set + super cute and personalized design, and brow+lip wax for $117! (I normally pay 160+ at home!) The staff and clients were so friendly and welcoming.

**Birthday celebration wasn’t so kind to me - I claimed full responsibility when I called the next day to ask about repairing a nail I had damaged ** Lambo made sure to call when he had time to squeeze me in between clients while I was close by and still in town -even though the shop was very busy- then he fixed my damaged designed nail with a smile and didn’t ask for a penny after!

I’ve honestly never been to a salon with better quality and customer service, I’d give 1stars if google would allow. I’ll definitely be stopping by to get flawless and beautiful nails anytime I’m in the area. 💃🏽💅🏻🥰
