I gave it 1 because there is nothing lower. They 'lost' our clothing worth more than $700.00 and are only offering $162.00 to compensate. New owner is as rude as the workers.

I dropped off a $400 pleated chiffon dress to be cleaned. When I went to pick it up, all of the pleats had been pressed out and they refused to put them back. Horrible service and they did not acknowledge that they messed up my dress. Unbelievable.

BAD SVC, POOR QUALITY, LOOKS LIKE THEY JUST PRESSED MY GARMENTS, NOT CLEANED!!

I dropped off 5 suits to be cleaned and pressed. Much to my astonishment one suit that I had chosen for an interview did not even have the skirt pressed. The jacket was pressed but marginally. Wasn't very happy as I discovered this as I was getting ready for the interview. After checking the rest of the order one suit had a button hanging by a thread. Another suit the sewing on the sleeve had come undone including the lining. The rest was poorly pressed. I will not go back. Manager did not even bother to return my call or credit my charge. I am tired of paying for poor service and will not support businesses who can't deliver. This happened at the Pineville location, but the company has three locations - Plaza Cleaners and two Pine Cleaners.
