I have called this company twice, the first time, I called the company's main home office, the girl who answered was bearly understandable and did not give a name of who she was, we got through that and she transfered me to recruiting, almost same thing only this time i could understand her. But she did not give her name, I wasn't sure if i got the right department all she said was hello. To some up the Experience I felt like I had to Guide them through the whole Phone call SOP to get to what I was looking for. the voice impression I got was they don't have a clue, as to who they are are, or what they are doing, and they don't care who you are, and what you want.
