After moving here from out of state a while ago I was very shocked. I looked online and the property seemed nice. None of the pictures you see online are accurate! This place is a very High Crime area with people on every corner up to no good. All hours of the night people are yelling, We can barely sleep half the time. If you go to the community club house with a complaint or any information it is "Always closed"!!!!!!

We have to make a phone call, wait.. Make another call a few days later and then maybe get ahold of someone. Maintenance is always a joke (People you wouldn't open the door for)

You can always write to the HOA but they are worthless. I spoke to this over hyper Chinese lady one time and she kept saying "property get better". She said it so many times I thought she was going to pass out. The rest of the HOA members are your typical landlord scum that just want your money and they don't care...
