Located in Charlotte, N.C., Randolph Middle School is managed by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. It educates more than 900 students in grades six, seven and eight. The school s International Baccalaureate program develops an understanding of international issues and global responsibilities and encourages the advanced study of foreign languages. Its exceptional children program offers a range of educational services for students with disabilities. The school also provides an array of sports activities, such as football, volleyball, softball, golf, basketball, soccer, track, baseball and cheerleading. Its performing arts program has an enrollment of more than 350 students in band, dance and orchestra classes. Randolph Middle School has laboratories for independent research opportunities. It also has computers, closed-circuit televisions and video production equipment in classrooms.
