I have owned Mazdas for over 20 years, and presently have three Miatas (1990, 2001, and 2008). I have always used RBM for my major service and repairs. Unlike most car owners, I enjoy doing all of my own routine maintenance so when I need someone with professional skills to work on them, I want it done right. Raymond is an excellent mechanic and very trustworthy. I have lived in Charlotte since 1973 and would not consider taking a Mazda to any place but RBM for work.

I have been using RBM automotive for 4 years. Raymond always explains what is wrong and needs to be done. Completes the repair in a timely manner, with a fair price. Will not go anywhere else again.

Always great service, good advice, quality work. The type of place that I am comfortable recommneding my friends to & sending my family members there. When I need service this is the place I come to.
