Horrendous service and quality. Buy a Lexmark instead.

I attempted to business with Royalty Print but never could. I found the customer representative I dealt with stubborn and generally rude. She continually insisted on changing my idea for one of hers. I eventually changed my mind and ordered my flyer on line. Save yourself some time and frustration and try using Zazzle, Kodak Gallery or even Vista Print.

I tried this vendor with the assumption that a local company would be able to cater more to my needs.



As it turned out, the print quality was just OK, I think I could have used an online service to fill my order quicker and for less money.

The owner Lucille gave outstanding services. She came to my business and made sure I was satisfy.
