The best place ever for lunch or dinner. At lunch try there buffet only for $8.95 or go out with friends or family for dinner. Good food, good service and staff very helpful.Tried their Samosa, Chicken tikka masala and Garlic naan, so good so fresh. Place is clean

poor quality food..avoid it

I have visited Saffron Restaurant earlier on, Yesterday, I was at an event where they catered food. The food was of the top most quality. Saffron is one of only two Indian Restaurants in the greater Charlotte area, that have been consistent.

NICE DECOR. THIS IS FIRST INDIAN RESTAURANT I SAW WITH MODERN DECOR, VERY NICE AND NICE COLORS ON THE WALL. NICE AND CLEAN. NICE PLATES AND LITTLE DISHES ARE S CUTE. FOOD IS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD. I HAD CHICKEN TIKKA AND MY FFRIEND ORDERED SEABASS BAHAR. BOTH DISHES WERE VERY YUMMY. STAFF WAS VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY AND VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE MENU AND INGRIDENTS. SOFT BREAD MADE IN CLAY OVEN WAS VERY GOOD WITH FENNEL SEED IN THE BREAD GAVE A VERY GOOD FLAVOUR.

Nice decor and fancy dishes.To start with, staff is not at all friendly. Waiter was too eager to get the menu back and rushed us to place an order. Food was served cold and without any serving spoon. Only refilled the drinks when called and asked for. All this would have been tolerable, if I would have gotten an authentic Indian food to eat. I am Indian and know the taste of food, all the curries and vegetables are cooked in same type of gravy and without putting much of efforts or thoughts. Its like going to Starbucks and getting served commercial coffee.Definitely would NOT recommend to anybody..stay away.there are plenty of other good Indian restaurants in town

I was really please with not only the ambience and professionalism of the staff, but also with the tastiness of the food. I have tasted Indian food in other cities around the Southeast but this one stands out!!
