The trouble started when I got a quick weave done. Before installation, I asked my stylist Tracey Torres twice whether or not it would damage my hair and she both times she assured me that it would not. When it came time to get the installation removed, Tracey not condition my hair long enough before combing the extensions out, which caused a HUGE bald spot on the side of my hair. I waited months to see if it would grow back and I STILL have a huge bald spot. I went to the dermatologist and they said that they didn't see any hair follicles present for regrowth. there is scar tissue, and it looks permanent. I never received a refund. I walked in with a head full of hair and walked out with damaged hair. I pay money out of pocket for treatments and wigs to cover up Tracey's mistake. When you walk into a hair salon you're supposed to walk out feeling confident and great about your hairstyle. Salon Zen does not care about the health of your hair. Please stay away from this place.

I'm sorry about your experience at Salon Zen as we understand there's no amount of money greater than our integrity and would never put that on the line by intentionally misleading a client.

the ladies were nice and very good at what they do but I was upset at the fact that the manager lied and said that the stylist could do an invisible part and then I got there and she said she didn't know how to do it so I feel stupid and upset that I paid 167 for a hair style that the manager lied about being able to do. I will not not go back. it was an over priced sow in.

The stylists at Salon Zen are all very knowledgeable about hair and products. Therefore, each client receives the individualized services they deserve! The Salon atmosphere is very inviting and welcoming! Week after week, I leave the Salon…Highly Satisfied…and trust that you will too!

Salon Zen is the best. Staff is polite and friendly. Krystal is a good stylist and keeps my hair healthy.

The entire staff at Salon Zen is friendly and professional, you can tell they really vibe with each other. The atmosphere was relaxing and my stylist Tye was on point! I have referred a co-worker and a neighbor to the salon then found out another co-worker already was going there. You will not be disappointed!
